Physical products (if applicable) may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

For digital products, downloads, and services:

  • Due to the nature of digital content and services, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of technical error or failure to deliver.
